Rachael holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is a Member of the British Psychological Society and the Division for Occupational Psychology, a Practitioner Member of the Association for Business Psychologists, and a Registered Test User for several psychometric tools.
She has over five years’ experience in both the public and the private sectors, and has specialised in assessment for selection and development and training design and delivery. Rachael has also taken part in the facilitation of talent management and team development programmes, and has delivered projects on the critical analysis and redevelopment of major talent development framework tools.
Rachael is passionate about using evidence-based psychological methods and tools to enable people to build their resilience and emotional intelligence whilst remaining authentic to themselves.
